Exabyte Apps offers both monthly and annual subscription plans for access to its suite of tools. Users can cancel their subscription at any time by following the steps outlined in this policy. Upon cancellation, users will not be billed for future billing cycles but will retain access to the service for the remainder of their current subscription period.

1.1 How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  2. Go to the Account Dashboard.
  3. Click on the Subscriptions tab.
  4. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
  5. Click on Cancel Subscription and confirm the cancellation.

Once you complete the cancellation process, you will continue to have access to Exabyte Apps services until the end of the current billing period. No future charges will be incurred after the current cycle ends.

1.2 Timing of Cancellation
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current monthly billing cycle. You will not be billed for subsequent months, but you will retain access to the service until the current month concludes.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access for the remainder of the paid year. No charges will be made for the following year unless you manually renew.

2. Refund Policy

Exabyte Apps provides refunds under specific conditions. Refunds are not automatic and must be requested by the user, with eligibility depending on the type of subscription and the timing of the cancellation. Below is a detailed breakdown of our refund policy.

2.1 Refund for Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing, and you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the current month.

Important Note: There are no partial refunds for unused portions of a monthly subscription.

2.2 Refund for Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of purchase. After the 30-day window, no refunds will be issued, and you will retain access for the remainder of the annual subscription period.
